Continually we hear on the news and read by internet campaigns to recruit nurses in various foreign countries, most applicants England and France. Both countries recognize the need to recruit Spanish nurses (training of nurses is highly valued Spanish) in order to meet demand detected, among other things, by growing retirement. We must also take into account a ratio for Spain of approximately 500 nurses per 100,000 population compared to the 843 registered in the EU.
Studies from Spain are two countries with approved but there are differences of care, degree of specialization, knowledge of language that causes us to have to go through a process of adaptation and training. That is why so many of these hospitals hire applicants with specialized firms collaborating Spanish public bodies such as the INEM.
